Ms. Han graduated from Ocean University of China with a Bachelor of Laws degree and then studied at the University of New South Wales, Australia, where she received her Doctor of Laws degree. She was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of NSW after graduating from the College of Law.
Ms. Han has rich experience in representing family law litigation and domestic violence cases, and has participated in many difficult and complicated cases, and has rich experience in litigation and non-litigation legal practice. Ms. Han is mainly dedicated to theoretical and practical research in the legal fields of divorce litigation and family inheritance, domestic violence, family trusts and companies, and China-Australia foreign-related divorce and business.
