龚律师毕业于华东政法大学，获法学学士学位，后就读于上海财经大学，获经济学硕士学位，于2002年获得中国法律职业资格，后年获得澳大利亚新南威尔士州律师执业资格。其先后在国有企业、中外合资企业、中伦律师事务所及外商独资金融企业及澳大利亚顶级华人律所工作，拥有约18年的法律实务经验，擅长提供外商投资、跨境并购、日常法律顾问、劳动争议解决等综合法律服务。

龚律师的主要专业领域为民商事诉讼与商事法律咨询。

Work Experience

Ms. Gong graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and later studied at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a Master’s degree in Economics. She was qualified to practise law in China in 2002 and then admitted before the Supreme Court of  New South Wales, Australia. He has worked in state-owned enterprises, Sino-foreign joint ventures, Zhonglun Law Firm and wholly foreign-owned financial enterprises and top Chinese law firms in Australia. She has about 18 years of legal practice experience and specialises in providing comprehensive legal services such as foreign investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, daily legal counsel and labour dispute resolution.

Ms. Gong’s main areas of expertise are civil and commercial litigation and commercial legal advice.
