Ms. Li’s main areas of expertise are intellectual property, personal and corporate insolvency and dispute resolution.
Mr. Li has represented many multinational companies in trademark application, validation, dispute resolution, assignment, licensing and enforcement matters, and has participated in the formulation of numerous infringement analysis reports and comprehensive IPR protection opinions, and has accumulated extensive experience in the acquisition and maintenance of trademark rights, comprehensive IPR protection and enforcement of rights. Ms. Li is familiar with Australian intellectual property law relating to trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs and competition law relating to intellectual property, intellectual property licensing practices, and matters relating to copyright and computer software protection, domain name dispute resolution, and trade secret protection. Ms. Li also has extensive experience in the international registration of trademarks under the Madrid Agreement and the Madrid Protocol, and is familiar with the relevant provisions and practices.
Ms. Li has also been focusing on personal bankruptcy and corporate insolvency liquidation and restructuring. Ms. Li has been involved in a number of personal bankruptcy and asset disposals, as well as restructuring cases of listed companies in Australia and China. The roles of professional services provided by Ms. Li include liquidation administrator, advisor to creditors and creditors’ committee, advisor to debtors and advisor to restructuring investors, etc. The types of debtor enterprises involved include listed companies and private enterprise groups, and the industries involved include finance, real estate, textile, chemical and pharmaceutical.
